Processing Time
The time we need to prepare orders may range between 2-6 business days unless stated otherwise such as pre-order items or in shop announcements regarding travel, illness, etc.
During the holidays it may take 4-8 business days to process your order.

North America: 3-8 business days
Europe: 7-21 business days
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We will not be able to refund any shipping and handling fees if the package is returned or denied due to unpaid custom fees.
